At True To You Pathways, We aim to provide the best standard of accommodations to our young people 16-18 and we strive to provide effective support to enable our young people to build and maintain their semi-independence.

Support with cooking, cleaning and living independently/ semi-independently
Supporting young people with improving their social networks and integrating within the community
Offering support with increasing knowledge and accessing opportunities
Support with learning and implementing financial management skills
Supporting young people with transitioning into their own independent housing
Our fundamental goal is to support, guide and nurture young people for providing accommodation into independence and into adulthood. We enable our young people to receive better access to opportunities and possibilities in their local communities, including housing, education and work.
