True To You Pathways is a committed organisation that collaborates closely with local authorities to deliver a comprehensive approach to semi-independent accommodation for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16 to 18. We provide accommodations for 16-18.
Our core values are based on allowing our residents to discover their unnurtured abilities and goals and to accommodate a smooth transition into adulthood. As young adults develop their own identities, we place a high value on their capacity to express themselves in a safe and supportive and homely environment for them to achieve the outcome of their support.
Promotion of independence – By implementing independent target goals and celebrating the young persons’ achievement in fulfilling their goal. It will inspire confidence and increase their self-esteem as an individual.
